3x RMAC Academic Honor Roll (2019, 2020, 2021)

2021: Strain played in 14 sets over seven matches to cap off her career as an Eagle.
2020: Appearing in just over half of the season, Strain had 10 kills, 100 assists, and five service aces in 30 sets played. She had her best game of the season against Black Hills State where she had season high kills with five, assists with 26, and digs with 12. The junior setter showed promise for great play to come next season. 
2019:  While battling with Strickbine for setting duties, Strain appeared in 12 matches and 31 sets. During her time on the quarter, the redshirt-freshman recorded 109 assists, an average of 3.52 per set, ranking her second on the team. Strain finished with 69 digs, an average of 2.23 per set. 
2018: Appeared in one set for one point.
High School: Finished 2017 with 825 assists, an average of 8.7 per set at Elk River HS...Recorded 289 Digs as a senior...Named Northwest Suburban All-Conference.
