High School: She was a talented two-way athlete at The Classical Academy … She was a four-year letter winner in volleyball and started three years in basketball … In volleyball, she was twice named all-conference and was her team’s most valuable player … She also was an all-state selection three times and a member of the National Honor Society twice … As a senior, she finished with 182 kills while hitting .290, 321 digs, 28 blocks and 15 aces … For her career, she had 537 kills and a school record 713 digs … On the basketball court, she was named her team’s MVP twice and was a first team all-league selection.
