2020: Coach Dozier joined the CSC wrestling staff in 2019 after finishing his wrestling career at Fort Hays State University in Kansas. While at FHSU, Coach Dozier was a three-year starter at 149 pounds, and he started at 157 weight class as a senior. As a Tiger he was a two time MIAA conference medialist.
He works with middle weight classes at CSC, where Chase Clasen and Tate Allison both advanced to the 2020 NCAA Division II Championships, at 149 and 157 pounds, respectively. Clasen was named a NWCA All-American in 2020. Allison returns in 2020-21 for his senior season.
Dozier graduated from FHSU with a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership and coaching, and is now continuing his education while coaching at CSC in the master's program for organizational management in sports. A native of Garden City, Kansas, Dozier graduated from Garden City High.
