Romola Dominguez joined the Chadron State staff as an assistant coach ahead of the 2025-26 season.

Dominguez began her coaching career as a U16 USA Basketball coach, then served as a U17 and U16 head coach for Team Kaun, a national youth basketball program founded by NBA champion Sasha Kaun.

As a player, Dominguez suited up for South Plains College (NJCAA), Central Arkansas (Division I) and CSU Pueblo (Division II), where she was coached by current CSC women's head coach Jalen Little from 2021-2024. Professionally, Dominguez played overseas in Portugal and toured with the "Court Kingz," a traveling high-energy streetball team.

During her CSU Pueblo playing career, Dominguez achieved the second-highest single-season free throw percentage (.873 in 2023-24), third-highest three-point single-season three-point percentage (.379 in 2021-22) and fifth-most made three-pointers in a single season in Pack history (67 in 2021-22).

Dominguez was an honorable mention All-RMAC selection in 2021-22, the same year she was also named to the RMAC All-Tournament Team after making a career-high number of three-pointers in the conference championship game.

A native of Lakewood, Colorado, Dominguez attended Bear Creek High School, where she set 17 school records and has been inducted into the school's Hall of Fame. Dominguez graduated from CSU Pueblo in 2022 and earned her master of business administration (MBA) from CSUP in 2024.
