Logan Moravec won the 800 meters on Saturday at South Dakota School of Mines, crossing the finish line in 1:58.11. Moravec came from near the back of the pack, after one lap, to win the race by a couple of strides. It was his first collegiate outdoor 800 meter race, and took two and a half seconds off his personal best from high school.
