GOLDEN, Colo. -- The Chadron State College volleyball team fell to Colorado Mines in three sets Saturday night, 25-19, 25-22, 25-21.

The loss drops the Eagles to 13-8 overall and 7-6 in the RMAC. The Orediggers improve to 16-6 and 9-5 in conference play.

Chadron State was outhit by Colorado Mines, .233 to .149.

Sophomore
Amelia Berg led the Eagles with a career high nine kills and an attack percentage of .250. Setter
Tori Strickbine had 15 assists, while Berg had 11.

Chandler Hageman led the team with five total blocks, while
Ashton Burditt had a team high 21 digs.

Amanda Donais had a game high 12 kills and hit .207 to lead the Orediggers. Abby Tiesman and Lindsey Jin also recorded double-digit kills with 10 each. Jin hit a match high .563.

The national leader in assists per set, Drew Stokes, had 42 assists, for an average of 14 per set.

Taylor Hicken led the Orediggers with three blocks. Elle Duis had a team high 10 digs. Five other players had five or more.
