CHADRON, Neb. -- The #12 ranked Chadron State College men's wrestling team had nine victorious wrestlers enroute to winning 51-6 against York University, Saturday afternoon in the Chicoine Center.

The Eagles nine victories occurred by ways of two forfeits, three tech falls and four falls. CSC's lone defeat was at 285 pounds where Tanner Hawkins for York pinned
Mason Watt, a graduate student from Broomfield, Colorado, in 5:11.

Action started at 133 pounds for Chadron State after
Yusef Nelson, a senior from Auburn, Washington, received a forfeit victory at 12 pounds.

Colter Julian, a senior from Kemmerer, Wyoming, only needed 1:59 to earn a tech fall at 133.

Ethan Leake recorded the first fall of the day for CSC at 141 pounds. Leake, a graduate student from Clovis, California, led 13-2 before pinning his opponent in 2:00.

Torry Early, a senior from Oak Park, Illinois, earned a forfeit victory at 149 pounds.

Chadron State managed back-to-back tech falls at 157 and 165 pounds.
Clayton Robinson, a freshman from Johnstown, Colorado, won at 157 in 4:54 while
Jaziah Whaley, a senior from Gilcrest, Colorado, was victorious at 165 pounds in 4:01. The duo both won 17-2.

Logan Berger, a sophomore from Hartsville, South Carolina, started a chain of three consecutive first period pins for CSC at 174 pounds. Berger pinned his opponent in 2:30.

Returning national qualifier
Keegan Gehlhausen wrestled for the first time this season at 184 pounds. Gehlhausen, a redshirt sophomore from Pinedale, Wyoming, pinned his opponent in 1:14.

At 197 pounds,
Eli Hinojosa, a graduate student from Imperial, Nebraska, had the fastest pin of the day in 0:35.

The Eagles next dual is in the Chicoine Center on January 11 against New Mexico Highlands. The conference matchup is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. Â
