CHADRON, Neb. — The Chadron State track and field team will be competing at the 2026 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference indoor track and field championship on Friday and Saturday in Gunnison, Colo.
On Friday the multis will start at 10 a.m., followed by the field events at 10:30 a.m. and the track events at 1:15 p.m. Saturday will start with the continuation of the men's heptathlon at 10 a.m., again following by the field events at 10:30 a.m. and the track events at noon. The RMAC championship will end Saturday with the award presentation at 4:45 p.m.
The meet will be available on a pay-per-view live stream on the RMAC network with live results also available online.

This weekend's meet with be streamed on the RMAC network on a pay-per-view basis. Day passes are available for $10, which grants the viewer access to a single game for 24 hours.
For fans attending the championships in person, tickets are available at RMACSports.org/Tickets. There will be no cash sales on site, so fans are advised to pre-purchase tickets or pay with a credit card on site.

By the Numbers
Chadron State will have 31 athletes (17 men and 14 women) competing in the conference meet, with 10 athletes (six men and four women) competing in multiple events.
Each event has 18 participants who had the top 18 marks across the conference throughout the league's indoor season.
CSC's most entered event is the men's 200-meter dash, with four athletes entered. This was also last year's most entered event for the Eagles.
Ones to Watch
Chadron State has multiple RMAC top five athletes in five different events that will be competing this weekend.
Chayton Bynes, ranked first in triple jump, will be competing in both triple jump and long jump. Bynes top marks have been 16.01 meters (52 feet, 6.5 inches) in triple jump, which is a new school record, and 6.89 m (22-7.25) in long jump.
Other events to watch for from the men's side include the 4x400 relay of Christopher Cormier, Ryan Clapper, Kadin Perez and Ayden Hartzell, who are ranked third in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:14.58.
Clapper and Cormier will also be competing in the 400 meters, in which they are both tied for fourth in the conference.
In the men's heptathlon, Courtney Williams has the second highest score in the RMAC at 4,982 points and could be a contender in the multi event.
On the women's side, Camila Salvucci will compete in triple jump, in which she is ranked second in, with her top mark at 11.93 m (39-1.75). Shelby Ekwall, ranked second in shot put with a throw at 13.81 m (45-3.75) will also be competing in her event.
