The Chadron State College softball team will host Colorado School of Mines and the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs for a three-team Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference pod in Sterling, Colo., Saturday and Sunday.

The six games were originally scheduled to be played in Chadron this weekend but they were canceled due to poor weather forecasts. However, officials from Chadron State and Northeastern Junior College and the City of Sterling worked together to allow the Eagles to host their series at Pioneer Park.

The games will be played at 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. both days.
