CHADRON, Neb. -- April 15, 2019 -- A softball doubleheader between Chadron State College and the University of Nebraska at Kearney, scheduled for Wednesday afternoon in Kearney, has been canceled after both coaches mutually agreed, due to a high wind forecast this week.

A chance of thunderstorms is also in the cards for central Nebraska on Wednesday.

No makeup date is scheduled for the pair of non-conference games.
