CHADRON, Neb. – Registration is now open for the re-imagined 2025 Eagle Athletic Auction fundraiser, presented by Monument Health, which will take place inside the Chicoine Center on Friday, May 23.
The event, which serves as a fundraiser for Chadron State athletic scholarships, will feature over 80 silent and live auction items plus dinner, drinks and games.

Individual entry tickets for the auction are $50, or $25 when combined with the purchase of a Don Beebe Golf Classic entry. A full-plate dinner with a beef entrée, potatoes and vegetables is provided and included in the ticket price.
Another option is to purchase a table for $500, where eight guests will be joined by two CSC coaches or student-athletes. Table pricing includes two complimentary drink tickets per seat. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the event.
The evening starts over at Elliott Field at Don Beebe Stadium, where from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., there will be a social with event registration plus games, including a Top Golf-style chip-in golf event.
Starting at 6:30 p.m. will be dinner and the event's program. Attendees will have a chance to hear from Chadron State student-athletes, coaches and administrators and bid on silent and live auction items. Some of the items that will be available for bid include:
- A signed Danny Woodhead jersey
- "Assistant Coach for a Day" experiences with CSC football, volleyball and softball
- Branded apparel/items
- Concert tickets
- Golf trips
- Hunting excursions
- Quilts, hand carved wooden artifacts and other handmade gifts
- And more surprises!
Attendees can register online at the links above or in-person on the day of the event. Proceeds from the event go towards funding athletic aid scholarships for Chadron State student-athletes. The 2025 Eagle Athletic Auction presented by Monument Health will serve as a precursor to the annual Don Beebe Golf Classic, the following Saturday and Sunday, May 24-25.
