Chadron State College Athletic Hall of Fame
Travis is one of just three CSC wrestlers to become a three-time All-American and is one of eight to win at least 100 matches. His career record was 101-56. He was 25-18 as a freshman, 32-17 as a sophomore, 15-10 as a junior when he battled injuries and 29-11 as a senior, when he had a 16-match winning streak. He was both an RMAC and a West Regional champion his senior year, when he finished fifth at the national tournament and was a Wrestling Coaches’ Academic All-American. He is a system performance engineer for AT&T Mobility in his hometown of Thermopolis, Wyo. He and his wife Dana have two children.
